Guests with their own vehicle can easilymeet us at the Kahului Park & Ride. If you don’t have personal transportation, we provide convenient roundtrip hotel pickup for a flat fee of $175.00 plus 4.712% Hawaii State excise tax. This is the total fee, not a per person price. Please note that hotel pickups will extend the tour duration accordingly. Complimentary roundtrip pickup is available from the Kahului, Pa ia, and Ha iku areas withʻ ʻ at least 48 hours of advance notice. Please contact us to arrange your hotel transportation on Maui!

A $250 deposit by credit card is required to secure your Maui tour reservation. The remaining balance is automatically charged to your card the day before the trip. For special payment arrangements, or if you wish to split payment across multiple cards, please call us at (808) 298-5562. We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your tour start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your tour will be charged in full.

Yes! We offer complimentary port pickup and drop-off for cruise ship passengers, including those arriving on the NCL Pride of America. Our guides possess the required credentials to pick you up directly from the dock, making your transfer seamless and hassle-free. We will greet you with a personalized sign right outside of the passenger terminal. For Pride of America guests, all tours are available on Sunday, your arrival day. Monday, your departure day, is limited to all but our All the Way Around, Bamboo Forest Trek and Sunset Haleakala Summit & Stroll tours.
We accommodate your return to the ship at least two hours before departure. Contact us for tailored scheduling if traveling on other cruise lines.

We strive to accommodate guests with mobility challenges. Our Ford Transit vans offer easy entry and exit with low steps and spacious interiors that can accommodate walkers and most wheelchairs. For electric wheelchairs or scooters, please contact us before booking to discuss potential options. Some tours are better suited for mobility considerations based on terrain and stops made.

While most locations on Maui, including remote areas along the Hana Highway, accept credit and debit cards thanks to satellite internet, we recommend bringing some cash. Some vendors only accept cash, and having money on hand is helpful for tips to show appreciation to your guides.
